Partner Program Terms

1. Parties and scope

These terms govern the partner program of 1Baiser (the "Site"), operated by Avidmana Limited, a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus under number HE 411997, with its registered office at 25 Voukourestiou Street, Neptune House, 1st Floor, Suite 11, Limassol, Cyprus ("we"). The program is brand-specific: an account, partner code, dashboard and payouts on one brand do not extend to any other brand we operate. By applying, you ("Partner") accept these terms.

2. Eligibility

The program is open to operators of websites, review sites, directories and other online media who are at least 18 years old. Advertisers on the Site (escorts, agencies) may not join. We may accept or reject any application at our discretion.

3. Tracking and attribution

  • Partner links take the form of any Site URL with ?ref=<partner code> and an optional &sub=<sub-id>.
  • A click stores the partner code for 30 days; the last partner click before an event wins.
  • A new user who registers within that period is permanently assigned to the Partner ("Referred User").
  • If an existing user arrives through a partner link and pays within 30 days, only that payment is credited; no permanent assignment is created.
  • Our own campaigns (email, notifications, offers) never replace an existing partner assignment.
  • Only our tracking records are used to calculate commissions.

4. Commission

  • 20% of the net amount (excluding VAT) of every payment made by a Referred User on the Site, including packages, stories, VIP, premium membership and token purchases, including purchases made by agency accounts.
  • Volume tier: if more than 50 distinct Referred Users make a payment within a calendar month (Europe/Paris time), all commission for that month is 25%. The count is fixed at month close.
  • "Lifetime" means for as long as the Referred User keeps paying and the Partner account remains in good standing.
  • Individually negotiated higher rates are confirmed in writing and override the default rate.

5. Validation, refunds and chargebacks

  • Commission is pending for 30 days after the payment and becomes confirmed afterwards, provided the month has closed.
  • Commission on a payment that is refunded, reversed or charged back is cancelled.
  • If this happens after the commission was paid, the amount is deducted from the next payout. A negative balance carries over to the following month.

6. Payment

  • Confirmed commission is paid on the 15th of each month for the previous month.
  • Minimum payout: 100 EUR. Lower balances carry over.
  • Payment method: USDT on the TRC20 network only, to the address recorded in the Partner dashboard. The Partner is responsible for the accuracy of that address; payments sent to a wrong address provided by the Partner are not repeated.
  • Before the first payout the Partner must provide the required billing details.
  • Self-billing: we issue invoices on the Partner's behalf (autofacturation). The Partner accepts this arrangement and remains responsible for their own taxes.

7. Prohibited practices

The following are prohibited and void the related commission:

  • spam (email, SMS, messaging, comment or forum spam);
  • fake, automated or incentivised clicks, registrations or payments;
  • cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden frames or redirects without user action;
  • registering or paying through one's own partner link;
  • bidding on our brand names in search advertising, or ads that present themselves as the Site;
  • misleading claims about the Site, its advertisers or its prices;
  • any content involving minors, non-consent or illegal activity, or placing links next to such content.

Traffic flagged as suspicious may be held for manual review. We may cancel pending commission and close the account in case of a breach.

8. Transparency and data

The Partner dashboard shows clicks, registrations, payments and commissions in real time. It never shows users' names, email addresses, profiles or other personal data. The Partner may not attempt to identify Referred Users.

9. Changes

We will give 30 days' notice of any change to these terms. A rate change applies only to users referred after the change takes effect; it never applies retroactively.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice. We may terminate immediately for breach. On termination without breach, confirmed commission is paid at the next payout date.

11. Liability

We provide the program as is and are not liable for indirect losses or loss of profit. Our total liability is limited to the commission owed to the Partner for the last three months.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Disputes are submitted to the courts of Limassol.
