We met on a cloudy Saturday afternoon outside of my hotel in Paris, and because of the COVID-19 restrictions I invited her to go on a walk along the Seine. After an hour-long stroll the weather changed completely, howling with wind and pouring with rain. I suggested taking a taxi back to the hotel, worried about what my hair would like and how the rain would mess up my suede shoes, but not Johanna! This wondrous soul looked at me with a smile on her face and said, "Let's just continue, we’re almost there!” It was then that I knew Johanna personality and attitude towards life would be a perfect fit for a happy, glass-half-full type of young lady. Anyway, it was when we arrived back at the hotel, drenched, that Johanna proclaimed how wet she was :)
