How do I contact support?

How it works

The contact form sends your message to our team. We answer by e-mail.

Steps

1. Open the contact page (our contact page).
2. Write the e-mail of your account, or the number if you have no e-mail.
3. Describe your question in a few clear lines. Add the link of the listing if it is about a listing.
4. Send. Keep an eye on your e-mail, including the spam folder.

Good to know

• For a listing that breaks the rules, use the "Report" button instead (see How do I report a fake profile?).
• Never write your password or your card number in a message. We never ask for them.
