How do reviews work?

How it works

A review tells others about your experience. It has ratings and a short text. The advertiser can answer it.

Write a review

1. Sign in and open the listing.
2. Say whether the meeting took place.
3. Give a rating for timing, accuracy, communication, comfort, venue, location and cleanliness.
4. Say whether the photos were real (Yes or No).
5. Write a title and a text. Keep it honest and respectful. Do not write personal data.
6. Send. You can choose to write without your name.

Good to know

• Writing many reviews in a row is limited.
• On a listing you see the overall score and the number of reviews. In the lists, the "Reviewed" filter shows listings that have reviews.
• For advertisers: you can answer a review from your Dash.
