How do I contact an advertiser?

Open the listing and click "Contact". You see the ways to reach the advertiser. Some listings ask you to sign in first.

How it works

Each listing has one "Contact" button. It opens "Contact Information" with the channels chosen by the advertiser.

Steps

  1. Open the listing.
  2. Click "Contact".
  3. Choose a channel: Call, SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram or a direct message.
  4. If you see "Sign in to view the contact details", sign in first (see How do I sign up, sign in or reset my password?).

Good to know

  • The direct message is always available.
  • Telegram is shown only if the advertiser has verified it.
  • If the advertiser chose not to show a phone number, the calls, SMS and WhatsApp are not available. Use the direct message.
  • A listing that is offline cannot be contacted.
  • Never send a deposit or an advance payment (see Should I send a deposit or an advance payment?).
