How are listings ordered?
Listings are not shown in a random order. The visibility level of a listing, its activity on the site and its verifications all play a part. A listing with a higher level appears earlier.
How it works
On the home page, on a city page and in a category, listings are ordered by several signs that work together. No single action puts a listing first for good.
What plays a part
- The visibility level of the listing: Silver, Gold or Diamond (see What are Silver, Gold and Diamond?).
- The daily VIP-Boost, when it is active (see What is the VIP (model of the day)?).
- Recent activity: being active on the site lately.
- Verifications, such as the identity check (see What does the "Verified" badge mean?).
- The main purpose of the listing, on a category page (see What is the first reason of my listing?).
Good to know
- A listing set to Members only or hidden from the home page does not appear in public lists and in search.
- To get more views, see How can I get more views?.
