My photos or my number are used in a listing without my consent

How it works

You send the report with the link of the listing. We look at the listing and act if it breaks the rules.

Steps

1. Find the listing and copy its link.
2. At the bottom of the listing, click "This profile is not mine". You can also click "Report" on the listing (the "Report" button on the listing page), or write to us with our contact page.
3. Choose what belongs to you ("Photos", "Phone number" or "Name") and add details. Say clearly that they are used without your consent.
4. Add proof if you can: a screenshot of the listing, or the original photos.
5. Complete the security check and send.

Good to know

• Most people in this case have no account here. You do not need one to report.
• Do not call the number to argue with the advertiser. Use the form.
• If you receive calls meant for the previous owner of your number, see How do I contact support?.
• Do not send an identity document by e-mail unless we ask for it.
